Java Burn

Java Burn refunds and returns

What is published, what is not, and what to check yourself.

Java Burn does not publish guarantee terms on the page this site links to. No window length, no start date and no return conditions appear there. That is not evidence there is no guarantee, and it may well be stated at checkout, in the confirmation email or in terms linked from the payment screen. It does mean nobody can quote you a figure honestly, and a third-party page that gives you a confident number has made it up.

Read the terms on the checkout screen before you pay, and screenshot them. That screenshot is the only version you will be able to point at later.

What to look for before you pay

  1. The window and its startThirty days from purchase and sixty from delivery are very different offers. Find which one you are being given.
  2. Who is billing youThe name on your statement is who you will have to write to. Checkout here routes through ClickBank.
  3. Whether opened units come backA guarantee that only covers unopened bottles is not a trial, whatever it is called.
  4. Who pays return postageUsually the buyer. On a six-unit order that is worth knowing in advance.
  5. Whether anything recursCheck for a subscription or a rebill clause. One-time purchases should say so in plain words.

If none of that is stated anywhere in the checkout flow, treat the purchase as final and size the order accordingly: a single unit rather than a bundle.

What this site can and cannot do

golazzy.com is an affiliate publisher. We do not take your payment, hold your order, ship your parcel or hold any power over whether a refund is granted. We cannot look your order up, and we are not told when one is placed. What we can do is set out the terms accurately and tell you who to write to, which is what this page is.

Questions people ask

Who refunds a ClickBank order?

ClickBank, through their own process rather than the merchant's customer service. Their policy is published on their site and governs the transaction whatever a sales page says.

What is the window?

We did not reach a page stating one. ClickBank publishes its own standard terms; read those and read whatever appears on your receipt.

Where will the charge appear?

Typically under ClickBank rather than the product name. That is the name to look for on your statement and the party to contact.

Is it a recurring charge?

Check at the payment stage. ClickBank supports subscriptions, so a one-time purchase should say so explicitly.

Can this site help?

No. We are an affiliate publisher with no access to your order and no ability to cancel, track or refund it.

Returns, billing and delivery are the seller's responsibility in full. Confirm every term on the checkout screen before ordering, because it overrides anything written here, and it is the version you agreed to.
